Product technical specifications
- The fork crown impact tool allows you to quickly and accurately mount the fork crown race (ring) on the fork crown seat.
- The impactor is suitable for 1 1 /2" fork crowns.
- With this impact tool you seat the headset crown race onto the fork steerer.
Tip:
Optionally, use the adapter bushing to ensure the crown race is seated totally flat, not tilted (skewed).
Before mounting the crown race, check the seat dimensions on the fork steerer precisely. Correct it by machining if necessary (e.g. with part no. 720003/720004/720034).
