TECHNOLOGIES
DebonAir+ Twin-Tube - he twin-tube design features a separate air chamber located inside the stanchions. By increasing the diameter to 38 mm, the spring curve became too progressive even for hardcore Downhill racers. The Twin-Tube concept and an enlarged guide rod (14 instead of 10 mm) counteract this and create additional negative volume for the air spring, allowing small bumps to be absorbed more effectively. At the bottom of the stroke, bottom-out protection ensures a soft, rattle-free landing even on the biggest drops. In addition, the various spring volumes can be precisely controlled: positive, negative, and Casting (trapped air in the lower leg unit).
ButterCups - The golden solution. Thanks to their material, characterized by low amplitude, the ButterCups filter out 20% of unwanted vibrations before they even reach the riders hands. High-frequency vibrations are also absorbed by two rubber pucks at the golden mounts at the end of the damper and air spring before they reach the handlebar through the fork. In this way, the ButterCups not only reduce general fatigue in hands and arms but also provide a better feel and more control on the Trail.
Bottomless Tokens - These volume spacers serve to influence the spring curve. By inserting the tokens, the air volume is reduced, which not only results in a smoother fork response but also a higher end progression.
