- With this tool you can determine any deformation or twisting of the frame. Place the tool both on the head tube and on the seat tube; then use the adjusting screw to set the caliber (picture 1) onto the drop out. Now place the tool on the other side of the frame and check the line of symmetry according to the position of the caliber.
