Product technical specifications
- The Cyclus Tools crown race installer enables you to install a crown race ring onto a 1" and 1 1/8" fork steerer tube.
- The installer must be carefully placed on top of the steerer tube in order for the crown race to be introduced nice and straight onto the fork. This will ensure correct seating of the lower headset bearing and perfect turning of the fork in the frame.
Note:
1. make sure the crown race is seated straight, not inclined;
2. Check before installation that the crown race matches head tube inner diameter. If not, use the Cyclus Tools art. 720003 / art. 720004 / art. 720034 for milling the crown race seat of the fork
