CERAMICSPEED STANDARD CERAMIC BEARINGS - put more of your energy into forward motion by reducing frictional drag wherever you can. CeramicSpeed Standard Ceramic Bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set. That’s in the range of a 75% drag reduction compared to standard bottom brackets. CeramicSpeed balls are 100% smoother and 15% harder than ceramic competition. The bearings last at least 3x longer than other bearings.

LONG LIFE GREASE - It's called Long Life because this grease delivers the best protection and lifetime of your bearings even in the most harsh riding conditions. This is the best choice if you spend your time riding your bike in a humid environment and you do not use coated bearings or if your cycling application is an off-road discipline. Be aware that the Long Life grease has a slightly higher friction coefficient than the standard All Round grease. This is a medium viscosity type of grease, designed to deliver the best performance under the worst riding conditions. The recommended fill rate is 70-100%, depending on the weather conditions and riding application.

MAINTENANCE - Depending on the riding conditions it is recommended once a year to re-grease your CeramicSpeed Bearings. If used in very wet or muddy conditions, maintenance might be required more often. If high pressure washer is used, please do not point jet stream to any of bearings (headset, bottom bracket, wheel hub, full suspension links) as it may wash out the grease.
