- This RockShox SIDLuxe air shock at Ultimate level offers a 3-position compression adjustment via a lever on the shock and is recommended for cross-country racers. It is especially tuned for speed. The Solo Air suspension provides a rather linear spring curve. In addition to the proven Open position for high-speed descents and Lock for sprinting efficiency, the third Pedal position gives you the sweet spot in between for technical climbs, where you need both drive and comfort. Thanks to increased oil flow, the high-speed compression (in open and pedal position) reacts particularly quickly to unexpected hits. As a result, the bottom-out bumper is also made larger and has a tapered shape, so you maintain control at the end of the travel
