CERAMICSPEED STANDARD CERAMIC BEARINGS - put more of your energy into forward motion by reducing frictional drag wherever you can. CeramicSpeed balls are 100% smoother and 15% harder than ceramic competition. The bearings last at least 3x longer than other bearings.
MAINTENANCE - Depending on the riding conditions it is recommended once a year to re-grease your CeramicSpeed Bearings. If used in very wet or muddy conditions, maintenance might be required more often. If high pressure washer is used, please do not point jet stream to any of bearings (headset, bottom bracket, wheel hub, full suspension links) as it may wash out the grease.
A set consists of differing upper and lower pulleys, they are marked as such, and have directional arrows etched on them so you know exactly how to install them. The kits come with CeramicSpeed oil in a 15ml dropper bottle. The bearings come with oil in them already. The oil is to keep them running smoothly.
